Do you handle small residential jobs?
Yes. A single bike assembly, a treadmill installation or a move between rooms is welcome. Blackfin works with homeowners as well as commercial facilities.
What information helps with a quote?
Tell us the service, equipment type and quantity, town, timeframe and any stairs or tight access. Make/model details and photos are helpful when available.
Can you move equipment up or down stairs?
Yes, where the equipment and access allow it. Send photos of the stairway, turns and doorways so we can assess the route and whether disassembly is needed.
Do you service and repair equipment?
We offer troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, cable replacement and repairs within our capability. Share the equipment details and symptoms so we can assess the work.
How far does Blackfin travel?
Based in Kelowna, our normal service area is the Okanagan and Interior BC. Travel throughout British Columbia is available for sufficiently large commercial projects.
Do I need the exact equipment model?
No. Start with a description or a clear photo. If you can find a model label, include a photo of that too.
